Playing at the park with cousins Conference weekend
Dressing up like Hannah Montana (which Annie refers to me as occasionally.)
We met Melissa and her kids in Orem for a couple days and went to Hogle Zoo and Gardner Village.
I love watching these two little girls together.
Riding on the train.
It was so much fun to see all the great witches at Gardner Village, the girls loved it and I think we are going to make this trip a new tradition each year.
One weekend we headed to somewhere even more in the middle of nowhere than here and took the girls to a corn maze. We had so much fun. We went through the maze a couple of times, the girls went through a smaller one on their own, rode on a 4-wheeler ride, and went down slides. The weather was so perfect that day too....oh warm weather, how I miss you.
We also had some of our favorite people come visit in October, the Mumfords. We had such a great time with them. We headed out one day to show them some of the sights. We had a picnic and "hiked" a little, then stopped by Josie's Cabin before heading home. We are so glad they made the effort to come and can't wait to visit them in Mountain Home this Spring and meet their new baby.
See there are some beautiful areas here.
We had to take them to the Dinosaur Brew Haus, they loved the onion rings so much they might just have to come back sometime:)
Molly started her second year of preschool, and she loves it. I can't believe she will be going to kindergarten next year!
Heading into school.
We made Halloween cookies.....
With the finished product.
Tinkerbell and Jessie (from Toy Story)
Bringing in the goods.
Ending the night and the month with homemade delicious carmel apples. We did this with friends last year and loved it so much we decided to make it a tradition and were so glad to have Mindy and her kids come and join in on the fun with us.
So that was our October in a Nutshell.
